Since 1951, Greenville Drug Store has been a cornerstone of the Norwich community—a family-owned pharmacy built on trust, compassion, and a commitment to personal service. For decades, John (“Jay”) Kiszkiel carried forward this tradition after purchasing the store from his parents. His dedication extended beyond the pharmacy counter, serving numerous senior care facilities across Connecticut and Rhode Island. His warmth, kindness, and larger-than-life personality touched countless lives, and his presence will be deeply missed.

Before Jay passed, I had the honor of purchasing Greenville Drug Store and made him a promise: that I would never allow this community treasure to fall into the hands of a big chain. As the current pharmacy manager, I take immense pride in upholding the values that Jay and his family instilled in this business. My mission is to continue providing the same level of personal care, attention, and service that our customers have come to rely on for over 70 years.
